The Pop Shop All-Stars are an all-girl group of young artists and activists who use their time and talent to help raise money for local organizations and special events. Our students have volunteered and helped to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish foundation, CHEO Youth Mental Health, Ottawa Dog Rescue, Songs for Seniors and many more! This is our 5th Army Run! Good luck to all of the amazing racers! Look for our silly signs and song and dance fun!

Boots 4 Pups raises awareness and funds throughout Ontario and Quebec to support the Citadel Canine Society (CCS), a national organization whose mission is to train and deliver service dogs to new veterans and first responders suffering from mental health injuries like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Operational Stress Injury (OSI). The Smokeydokes are an acoustically-inspired band of professionals who share a love of playing uplifting tunes powered by the sun’s energy. We consist of keyboards, bass, guitar, and percussion, and we lift up our sound to a comfortable level through the GiGG-A-Watt, a solar-enabled power plant designed and built by the band’s bass player Doug Robinson. We have entertained via our Solar Lounge for the past four years at the Ottawa Race Weekend as well as previous Army Run performances. We look forward to playing for you again this year.

Watch My 6 Service Dogs will cheer on our heroes, dressed up as super-heroes. Watch My 6 Service Dogs, help train dogs and thier owner overcoming difficulties arising from mobility, PTSD and other psychiatric disorders.

Hope Group for Orphans is a group of young people aged 18 to 23 years old whose mission is to sing and proclaim the Gospel to aid the orphans in Africa. The funds they raise is to help with the clothing, shoes, school fees, food, bedding and health medical care needs for Orphans in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets is a Canadian youth program sponsored by the Canadian Armed Forces and the Navy League of Canada. The aim of the Cadet Program is to develop in youth the attributes of good citizen ship and leadership; promote physical fitness; and stimulate an interest in the sea, land and air activities of the Canadian Armed Forces.
